Heart coherence is the state where your heart, brain, and nervous system are in harmonious alignment. Measured by Heart Rate Variability (HRV), it appears as a smooth sine-wave rhythm β typically at 0.1 Hz (about 6 breaths per minute).
In this state, your physiology shifts from stress to balance, creating a profound sense of calm alertness and open-hearted presence.
Follow the circle β inhale as it grows, exhale as it shrinks. 5 seconds in, 5 seconds out.
Practice (more the better) 3 – 8 minutes, 2β3 times daily. For extra depth, pair with 528 Hz, 432 Hz andΒ 128 Hz, 136.1 Hz β ideally with weighted tuning forks on your breastbone during breathwork.
