Playful Ways to Explore

Coherence + Tone: 3–5 min of 6-breaths/min HRV breathing, then try 136.1 Hz or 128 Hz at low volume.
Layering: Start with 40 Hz (gamma carrier) very soft, add a chosen MOR for 1–2 minutes.
Nature Assist: Listen outside; match your breathing to wind/waves. Let the tone be background, not blasting.
Vibroacoustic Bed: Route bass to transducers; keep ears comfy. Less is more.
